Repitch Terms of Service
Last updated: July 11, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Repitch, the service at repitch.io, when you create an account or use the product. We keep them in plain English on purpose — if anything is unclear, just ask.
What Repitch is
Repitch turns screen recordings into polished demo videos. You upload or record footage; Repitch writes a script with AI, voices it with AI narration, keeps the narration in sync with your footage, and exports a finished MP4 you can download and share.
Your account
You need an account to use Repitch. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information, and tell us at support@repitch.io if you think someone else has gotten into it.
Your content
You own everything you upload — your recordings, footage, and the videos Repitch produces from them stay yours. So that we can actually make your videos, you grant us permission to store, process, transcribe, edit, and render your uploads and the content generated from them. We use that permission only to provide the service to you, never to resell your content or train public models on it.
In return, you promise that you have the rights to what you upload, and that you will not use Repitch for anything illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful — no content you do not have permission to use, no impersonation, no malware demos meant to cause harm, nothing that breaks the law.
AI-generated content
The scripts and narration voices Repitch produces are generated by AI. They can be wrong, awkward, or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing your videos for accuracy before you publish or share them, and for making sure you have the rights to the footage the narration describes. Repitch gives you the tools to edit every word before export — please use them.
Plans, billing, and payments
Paid plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Our order process is handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd, or Paddle.com Inc. for US customers), who is the merchant of record for all purchases. That means Paddle processes your payment, issues your invoice, and handles sales tax and VAT. Purchases are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Plan AI minutes reset monthly and do not roll over.
- Top-up minutes never expire and stay with your account.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy — purchases are non-refundable as standard; requests are reviewed case by case, and your statutory rights are always unaffected.
The free plan and watermark
The free plan is genuinely free, with limits on minutes, video length, and video count. Videos exported on the free plan carry a small Repitch watermark. Upgrading removes the watermark — re-export an older video after upgrading to get a clean copy.
Service availability
Repitch is a small, solo-operated service. We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, and your videos are backed up — but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability or guarantee uptime. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves. If we ever plan to shut the service down, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your videos.
Ending your account
You can stop using Repitch and ask us to delete your account and content at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms — for example, uploading infringing content or abusing the service — and where practical we will warn you first.
Disclaimers and limits on liability
Repitch is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — for example, lost profits or lost business from a video that exported late or a script that contained an error. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes we will make a reasonable effort to notify you, for example by email or a notice in the app. Continuing to use Repitch after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of residence of the operator of Repitch, and disputes will be handled by the courts there — except where the consumer-protection laws of your own country give you rights that cannot be waived, which remain unaffected.
