Repitch Refund Policy

Purchases are non-refundable as standard. You can cancel your subscription at any time so you are never billed again — and if something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we will review it individually.

Subscriptions

Subscription charges — monthly and annual — are non-refundable as standard. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; your plan then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not provide refunds or credits for partly used billing periods.

Minute top-ups

Minute top-ups are one-time purchases and are non-refundable as standard. The minutes you buy never expire, so anything unused stays available to you for as long as you have an account.

Something went wrong?

If you believe a charge was a mistake — a duplicate payment, a billing error, or a technical problem on our side that stopped you from using what you paid for — email support@repitch.io from the address on your account. We review every request individually and may issue a refund at our sole discretion. A refund granted once is a courtesy, not a commitment to refund future charges.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, so any refund we approve is too. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once approved, they typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under law. If you are in the EU, the UK, or anywhere else with consumer-protection rules that give you refund or cancellation rights, those rights are unaffected and come first.
